We have had the pleasure of designing for Townsend Farm. 1.5 years ago we bought a Red Angus cow (named Stuart) and they raised it on a  diet of grass and grain. Stu seemed pretty happy right until his untimely demise (untimely because we realized we didn’t have enough freezer space and had to buy a new freezer!) The meat is incredible! Last night we had good friends over and made “Tomahawk” steaks for the guys while the ladies enjoyed Tenderloin cuts. Truly spectacular! So pick your clients wisely…and strategically.
