Flapjack Willy
Sir F.J. William (or Flapjack Willy as we so lovingly refer to him) was born in 2024 during Chez Koop’s 15th year of business. He’s a whiz of a computer, equipped with a cup full o’ joe, and is dressed in the traditional garb of the “graphic designer” (aka a beanie). Created in the mid-century vintage cartoon style, Flapjack Willy quickly became our mascot and we made variations of him combing his locks, smelling the roses, drinking wine, listening to music, dancing, eating a hamburger and soon, he became the representation of us all. He’s our pal, our pancake prince, our Flapjack.
